This Kit Includes:

1. One (1) White, Eucalyptus & Lavender Sage bundle.
White Sage has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant for hundreds of years. It is an evergreen perennial shrub that is found mainly in the coastal sage scrub habitat of Southern California.
Eucalyptus is derived from an evergreen tree. It is traditionally used to cleanse the air of negative and stagnant energy as well as sickness and toxins. When burned during spiritual ceremonies, Eucalyptus is said to relieve mental exhaustion, heal regrets and worries, and stimulate fresh energy to matters of concern.
The Lavender in these smudge wands will produce calming, peaceful, and sedating effects, making them great to use for meditation or simply for its relaxing aroma.

2. One (1) Patchouli bundle. White Mountain Sage is dipped in Patchouli fragrance, a woody, sweet and spicy scent that is even said to increase energy, vitality and libido.

3. One (1) Nag Champa bundle. White Mountain Sage is dipped in Nag Champa fragrance, a fragrance originating from India with an earthly and floral aroma achieved by combining sandalwood and champak. It is often used to purify an area and fill it with positive vibrations. Nag Champa may be also used to support meditation and manifestation. It is often associated with the Goddess of Wealth in Indian culture known as Lakshmi.

4. One (1) Dragon’s Blood Floral Sage bundle. Our Dragon’s Blood smudge is a powerful tool for cleansing and purification made with Dragon's Blood resin and White Sage. Dragon’s Blood is the bleeding red sap of a tree with a woody and spicy floral scent. These handmade bundles are made by dipping white sage in the dragon’s blood resin which comes from the tropical plant groups Croton, Pterocarpus, Daemonorops, or Dracaena.

5. One (1) Yerba Santa Floral Smudge. Yerba Santa has been traditionally used for protection and boundary setting, particularly to help the user form psychic or energetic boundaries of their inner space. Yerba Santa is also said to help release stored emotions. For this reason, it is beneficial for those experiencing grief, melancholy, depression or despair. | How to Use a Sage Smudge |

Sage smudging is a powerful cleansing technique used by the indigenous people for thousands of years in order to remove negativity and invoke positive energy. It is also used to relieve stress and anxiety in addition to being a natural antibacterial and antiviral. Use our smudge sticks to cleanse a space, person, object or your own mind, body and spirit.

To use your smudge, begin by ensuring your space is well ventilated for effective cleansing. Place the sage bundle on a glass or ceramic surface and light one end of the herbs. An abalone shell may also be traditionally used. Light the tip of the bundle until the leaves are throughly lit which may take about 30-60 seconds. For this reason, using a candle flame or torch lighter may be helpful. As the fire lights up the smudge, blow the flame out so the herb will smolder and release smoke. Continue to fan or blow on the burning embers to keep the smoke alive during the cleansing process. It it through the consistent addition of the element of air that the bundle will steadily burn. You may cleanse yourself first by encircling the smoke around you. Use a feather or fan to direct the smoke to the areas or persons in need of cleansing.

During this time, focus on your positive intentions, that which you desire to manifest in your life such as health, love, protection, abundance,etc. Do this from a place of confident knowing and faith, removing sense of fear, lack or doubt.
