All gemstones have been cleansed and energized using natural sunlight to prepare them for their destined owner. Your stones may be kept in a special place such as your nightstand or pillow, purse, pocket, car, bedroom or any other place you would like to energize. Stones are placed in a mesh pouch for your keeping.

The stones are also the perfect size to fit inside Mayan Rose's Necklace Sets with Interchangeable Gemstone Pendants, which may be used to customize your necklace depending on which stone you would like to wear on a particular day. Gemstones may be purchased individually or in groups by chakra or zodiac sign.

Your order may be paid for via Etsy's Direct Checkout or by using Paypal.

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled. The only exemption to this policy is when a customer has mistakenly purchased the same item twice. Please see our return/exchange policy for more info.

Mayan Rose ships orders Monday - Friday, not including national holidays.
Orders ship within 5-7 business days from our studio in Los Angeles, California .

Continental US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days for delivery. If you would like the Priority Mail option, you may upgrade for an additional $6.95 by purchasing the shipping upgrade option. Full payment must be made before the order is shipped. You will receive a shipping notification confirming your order is on the way, including relevant tracking info.

REPAIRS
 Mayan Rose is committed to your complete satisfaction. This is our repair policy.

Please send your piece of jewelry to the following address in a padded envelope. You may re-use the envelope you received it in, providing it is sealed well.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to us, however we will return your repairs jewelry at our cost.   Please be sure to send us your name, email and shipping address enclosed in the envelope.

Repairs are free during the first 60 days of purchase, after that there will be a small labor fee to repair the piece ranging from $10-$25 depending on the item’s original cost.

If you are very clear about what you would like, please be sure to include the following details:
-Gemstone type and size
-Desired pendants or charms
-Metal type for clasps and spacers (Antique Gold, Brass, Antique Silver, Sterling Silver)
-Desired length for necklaces or wrist size in inches for bracelets. See Size Chart

Alternately, if you are unsure of the specific design you want and have a general idea, Mayan Rose will gladly continue the creative process to design your custom piece.
