I have ordered from this shop now 3 times. I have never had any issues. I had a minor issue this time. I ordered this bracelet at a size 6.5, but it sits so huge on my wrist. And I actually bought a smaller size than the actual size of my wrist, so it could be snug. I ordered recently the same bracelet for my husband, and purchased his real size, and it fit him perfectly. I sent a message to the seller on the 23rd, and have yet to receive any response. This shop's items are beautiful, and I hate to leave any kind of negative review, but I was just a little disappointed that I am assuming the size was not the size I ordered because of how big it was, and biggest of all, i have never received any kind of response to my message. I gave them 1 star because of their lack of customer service. They never responded to me at all.
