To be clear I am not reviewing the product but the customer service. I placed my order on 12/16/20 because the site provided est ship date for Christmas. I placed several orders on this day and they were all delivered before Christmas. By the 24th it hadn't arrived i sent an email requesting status since there was no update on the shipping. I got a snippy response on the 26th telling me to read the shipping info, busy cause Christmas (happens same time every year) and oh COVID! I was assured it would be shipped by that weekend the 26th.It had not even been packaged! Much less sent to the post office. The post office received the package on the 28th. It finally arrived today 1/4/20. The package was only traveling approx. 4 hours distance. Terrible customer service. Never again!
